All meeting rooms and public restrooms are on the first floor of the building and are fully accessible.
We have two executive suite and four guest rooms on the second floor. Please note that we do not have an elevator.
Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan is conveniently located on the Milligan University campus between Johnson City and Elizabethton, just minutes from any Tri-Cities location.

TCC Meeting Rooms
As a part of the Emmanuel Village, we provide spaces for learning and fellowship and encourage students to use our facility for study groups, personal prayer, and fun game nights. Holistic ministry preparation happens best when it takes place in the context of community; for this reason, the space is available to seminary students when not reserved for an event.
